Since our last post the new linen fabric we are having made for us in Inda has been finished. Our production partner sent us a few photos of the production work and they are quite interesting. The first shows the white linen fabric stretched out on a long, maybe 50 foot, table. The second shows a screen that the ink is applied to print the Rose image we are using. The third photo shows a crew applying blue dye to the screen during the printing process. Nothing digital here! Its all done the old fashioned way, by hand.

I think that production of the new linen nighties will be sometime this week and that delivery to us here at Linen Dreams should be sometime in mid-July.
